2015 was one of the best years I ever had. Winning the Champion Senior District Director just puts the icing on the cake. This award is attributed to the trust and faith that my Group have in me despite the tough market conditions. I believe strongly in continuous learning and building long-term relationships with both my Associates and clients, which resulted in my achievements over the years. I look forward to sharing more knowledge through regular trainings so that I can help bring the company to a higher level. My advice to all associates is to constantly strengthen and build on their relationships with people around them, and also to upgrade your skills incessantly. Success can be attained if you persevere in doing the right things and place your clients interest above yours. I urge all associates to never stop learning.
The only short cut is hard work:
Work hard and take prompt action, otherwise, you will not achieve much.
Do not stop learning
Learn from others by attending seminars and conventions. Always be updated with the industry.
Set Goals
Give yourself a target to achieve. Having a goal will motivate you towards your goal.
"Kelvin Fong demonstrated great leadership and helped many of his people to have breakthroughs in their real estate careers in 2015. } else { ?>} ?>Throughout my career, I believe in the importance of rebranding and reaching out to my consumers through various channels especially on the social media platforms. My clients know that I am approachable and always there for them to depend on for any real estate guidance. On top of always being there for my clients, I also make it a point to build my career based on the correct fundamentals and be guided by the right principles. One should never choose the shortcut method if he or she wants their business to be successful. It has to be a marathon and not a 100m sprint.
