To serve clients in the luxury segment, Dominic stressed the importance of having the knowledge and expertise of the market, to give sound advice to the clients, especially the high net worth individuals. This affluent group would already know a lot about the market themselves, and are usually backed by personal bankers and a large network. Dominic usually starts off with his clients by recommending great properties to them without any expectations. He feels that if does not get business the first time round, at least they will be part of his network as potential clients in the future.
