2015 was one of the best years I ever had. Winning the Champion Senior District Director just puts the icing on the cake. This award is attributed to the trust and faith that my Group have in me despite the tough market conditions. I believe strongly in continuous learning and building long-term relationships with both my Associates and clients, which resulted in my achievements over the years. I look forward to sharing more knowledge through regular trainings so that I can help bring the company to a higher level. My advice to all associates is to constantly strengthen and build on their relationships with people around them, and also to upgrade your skills incessantly. Success can be attained if you persevere in doing the right things and place your clients interest above yours. I urge all associates to never stop learning.
The only short cut is hard work:
Work hard and take prompt action, otherwise, you will not achieve much.

Learn from others by attending seminars and conventions. Always be updated with the industry.
Set Goals
Give yourself a target to achieve. Having a goal will motivate you towards your goal.

} else { ?>} ?>I believe that leadership is not about how much you have, but how much you are willing to spend time and support those who trust you. Even if it means sacrificing your personal time, a leader should always remind himself that the more he gives, the more he receives in return. A good leader also starts off as a good follower. In order for your team to grow, it is important as a leader, to be aligned with your division and agency as that will ultimately determine how strong your team will be. On top of building a team, I am also focused in the sales of ECs and Condominiums, which I was initially attracted to, thanks to the sharing of the monthly Top Producers and also the various sales kits and slides by the agency. I also enjoy working with my wife in her first year in the industry and we are truly proud to be the Top 200 performers in 2016, even though we were on holiday and were inactive in the market for more than a month last year!
