一、买比租划算
一些租户会觉得租不如买的诉求,以省下大笔租金,买下产业,实际上往往会是陷进重重。如果以银行可贷款的款项为例,再从租金推算可以购买的房价,租户每月需缴付的贷款款项远远超过目前的房租水准则不划算。
